Our Story
David "Max" Hernandez came from Cuba at the turn on the 20th Century, looking for the opportunity to thrive as an entrepreneur.
He built a career and college education (AA, BS, and MS) on significant experiences working from small, medium, and transnational companies, in sales and operations.
Later on, he underwent rigorous training implementing SOX Internal Controls for a Big Four Accounting Firm as a Certified Public Accountant, in the Audit department.
In 2006, Max decided to dedicate his life and resources to support entrepreneurs in different stages of development from Start-Up through Exit Strategy Stage.
Some of these entrepreneurs he has met, while teaching Accounting, Tax, Finance and every business disciplines at South Florida Colleges and Universities. He has conducted CPE seminars for CPAs and he is the mentor and coach for dozens of business, non-profit organizations.

Max is the designer of our most innovative Entrepreneurship Learning System. He is also a Business Coach, Management Consultant, and Advisor with more almost 20 years of business management experience.
He also is the Founder and Shareholder of DHCPA INC, a CPA Firm located in Miami-Dade.
Max is currently undergoing the dissertation phase as Doctor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship at Anaheim University.
Adriana Hernández
Founder & Vice President
As the COO, VP, and wife, Adriana is the engine that makes everything work at Max Entrepreneurship. Max Entrepreneurship and DHCPA are both family-owned and run businesses located in Miami-Dade.
She has more than a decade of experience in seminars, business expo systems, promotional consulting, and marketing solutions.
Adriana is finishing her accounting studies to become a Certified Public Accountant.
